On custom orders, payment is required up front before your order is started. No cancellations after I have already started on an order.

If your product arrives broken or damaged, please take a photo or two of the product how it arrived and send it to me (firstname.lastname@example.org), mail it back to me, and I will send you a new item, as well as reimburse you for shipping.
